You have set the date and booked the ceremony and now it’s time to plan your reception. By just being on this page you are now one step closer to planning the perfect Wedding reception with us.

The usual booking time is 8pm – 1am but these times can be adjusted accordingly to suit your venue.  Once you have booked we are available to contact 24 hours a day with any queries or suggestions you may have and will work with you and the venue staff to make sure your special day goes exactly the way you want.

You can also request a “meet and greet” at a time and place convenient to you to discuss things in person. The venue is usually the best place for this as we can discuss your requirements for the night.

A deposit will be required to secure the date and is deducted from your original quote. All bookings and payments will be confirmed to you in writing. Now that you have booked it’s time to discuss the main element of your night;

The Music!!

Before your special day we will ask you and your fiancé to compose a playlist of music that is personal to you. No need to copy out a list of the chart from the past month as we will have all of that which can be requested throughout the night anyway.

You may want to skip the playlist and leave the music entirely up to us; with a popular mix from the past six decades we will have something for everyone and be sure to have the dance floor filled all night long.

We use only professional grade sound and lighting equipment which both sounds great at low levels for background music and higher levels to get everyone on the dance floor. On the day we will turn up in good time to set up equipment, this will vary depending on venue. You can choose to have us set up all equipment in the morning/afternoon before your wedding party arrive at the venue or in the evening after you have finished your meal. Most venues have everyone leave the room while the evening reception is being prepared. Set up time can take 20mins – 1 hour depending on the venue, equipment needed etc and can be discussed with you beforehand. We work with both you and the venue staff to ensure your day and evening reception is nothing less than perfect.
